The couch, chairs, coffee table, and end table will provide a relaxing and modern workspace that our students will love! The Learning Commons is the center of innovation and collaboration at our middle school! Our learning commons liberates the exploration of ideas, creativity, innovation, and discovery through hands-on learning opportunities. When brainstorming with our students, it was suggested to purchase furniture for a collaborative “nook.” The goal is to offer students a tech-infused, comfortable space that blends the classroom, school library, and makerspace. Comfortable seating has been the most popular request from our students. These items would add to the collaborative, modern space that we are working towards achieving.
