One struggle teachers are faced is differentiating instructions for their students diverse skills, so I am requesting items to create work stations for my students. I would love to have games, manipulatives and activities for my student to use in small groups. These games allow for students to take ownership of their own learning. It also allows them to work on a station that is their level and something that is not too high or too low for them. I also need boxes to organize all the stations as it can get a little chaotic in the classroom. I have been thoroughly researching lessons students can use during workstations. I am huge believer that students should take charge in their learning! In order to do that, teachers need resources to engage student in having student-driven instruction rather than teacher-led instruction! I love work stations! Differentiated instruction at its best in action!
