My 32 kinder students have an encouraging classroom environment filled with play and building. Yet, given the limited resources available in my classroom, not all my students get to play and engage in exploration during center. I can perceive their dissatisfaction and letdown feeling due to not being able to play and interact with other play sets. The new kitchen playset, fresh mart grocery store, care activity center and other materials will support student learning and social emotional development in a center as my kinder students engage in exploration through play and peer interaction. These materials will positively impact their development as they interact with each other. Therefore, I am very enthusiastic and eager to observe them use the new items to explore every day!
