As 3rd graders, my students are starting to read to learn, instead of learning to read. I am in need of a few class sets of classic chapter books that kids love. We are going to do novel studies and literacy circles with these books! I remember reading, "Freckle Juice", "The Chocolate Touch", and "Frindle" when I was a child. I always enjoyed those books and I know my students will too! I will be able to teach my students the FUNdamentals of reading while having fun! All donations to this project will help my students gain valuable reading skills, improve their fluency, build their confidence, and have fun while they learn! Our school budgets have been slashed and I appreciate the opportunity to provide my students with a fun learning experience through wonderful donors, like you! Thank you!
