Right now, I do the best with what we have, but a lot of the time, the students' artwork falls off of the racks because they have been broken, and tilt downward. The new drying racks will replace the broken ones, and my students will have a place to dry their artwork, which they are very proud of, and take a lot of time to create. In the meantime, I am working on repairing the broken ones. This way, there will be enough drying racks to accommodate more of my students. I want to create a classroom where my students know that their work is valued and taken care of, just like the environment I try to create for them and their artistic expression.
