Tumbling aids in strength development! Along with the development of strong and healthy bones, students will build up their total body strength as well. By performing the body strengthening exercises that tumbling requires, students will build up their upper body, lower body, and overall core strength. Not only will the mats be used for tumbling they will be incorporated into many physical education lessons including obstacle courses, rope climbing, cross country skiing demonstrations, and team building activities. Students will gain confidence and take chances knowing they are worthy of quality equipment and materials. There is an inner athlete in all students just waiting to be released!
