As our students are returning to school it is important that they have individual supplies to keep kiddos as healthy as possible. As Eighth graders, we will focus on the strategies of writing informative/explanatory texts to convey ideas, concepts, and information. We will also focus on the analysis of relevant content with the goal of closing the literacy achievement gap. If each child has two mechanical pencils, lead, and erasers this will allow them the ability to continue to convey ideas, be creative, take notes, respect recommendations from the CDC as well as teach them how to reduce their carbon footprint!

About my class
