I am so fortunate to be teaching a bright, energetic class of first graders who love exploring the incredible world around them and absorbing as much information as possible in New Milford, CT. As with any class, however, an array of academic, social, and emotional needs is present among my twenty amazing students. As their teacher, I am committed to catering to each of their unique needs as individuals and providing an engaging environment conducive to their best learning. While doing so, I also aspire to foster a welcoming sense of community among my students, allowing them to feel confident in challenging themselves and respected when collaborating with others. My hope is to nurture a strong love for learning in each of my students as they begin to discover who they are and reach their greatest potential.
