It is necessary for my students to have basic supplies to complete any work. We wouldn't ask a firefighter to fight fires without a hose or water so we shouldn't ask students to do their work without sharpened pencils and erasers. Lack of supplies, should never be an issue for any student however, it is a reality. I absolutely love the school system that I teach in however, not every request can be fulfilled because there is a lack of funding. I am asking you to help my students overcome a simple hurdle to create a more successful and positive learning environment.
