My students would love to enjoy the Storyworks Magazine from Scholastic. They can experience up to date articles about new people and places. The boys and girls get so excited when new materials are presented to them. Scholastic does an excellent job of pairing text with video clips from around the world, and students are able to make connections with the text. Scholastic presents information on different reading levels so students are able to enjoy the articles together. That is a wonderful bonus that's made available with Storyworks Magazine. I believe that a classroom filled with interesting and colorful reading materials inspires students to read.
