My students attend a school that serves Kindergarten through fifth grade students. Our students come from diverse backgrounds. About 85% of our students come from families living in poverty. My students are very appreciative of things I do for them at school. Most of the students I teach come from families that are unable to provide extra things for them. It is always fun to see their facial expressions when we get "new" equipment even if most of the time it is "used".
