My classes are very diverse high school students in an urban, low income, environment. My students are invigorated by interesting personal finance lessons that incorporate their outside interests. They enjoy class trips, guest speakers, videos, games and it is inspiring to see them step outside the class room and into the real world. When outside the school I love watching them demonstrate proper behavior, professionalism and thoughtfulness with other people. It makes me so proud of their successes.
