My students are 23 fantastic first graders! They are smart and fun to be around. My classroom is an inclusion classroom. We have students with diverse needs ranging from physical impairments to behavioral goals to Autism diagnoses. Although about half of them have special education goals, they are all hard workers and always try their best. We try to show them that even though we are different, we are all important...the differences make us special and unique! Our school practices and believes in Multiple Intelligences- the idea that we all learn in different ways. Our students are all different but each one can learn. They live in a diverse town and come from a wide range of backgrounds.
