Our elementary is a K-5 school located in Florida. Our kindergarten students are taught in self-contained classrooms. As their teacher, I teach everything! Our school sets very high standards for each of our students. Reading always seems to top our list of priorities. Each student in my class has set their own daily reading goal for independent practice at home. I have purchased many Dr. Seuss books for our classroom library to supplement our school selections. We never seem to have enough! These books are quite popular with my students as the rhyme and repetition of these timeless stories encourage a successful reading experience.
