I teach 3rd grade in Indiana. Our community has been greatly impacted by the poor economy. Many of my student's parents worked in the manufactured housed industry and many are currently out of jobs. Some of my students were not able to bring in all of their supplies at the beginning of the year and some of our basic supplies (pencils)are running low.
