This equipment will help motivate my students by emphasizing how weightlifting and managing workouts will help them in their future and long after they graduate. The iPad will help manage workouts and also be available to crate a nutrition log and help students make better choices about how they eat and how it can affect their body. My students love to have pickleball tournaments, but we only have one net, making tournaments is a challenge. Pickleball is a lifelong sport that they can continue to play long into their adulthood. My hope is to have afterschool tournaments with other schools from our district, so not only will this pickleball equipment help my students, but, hopefully, it will promote a lifelong sport that the entire district can get involved in. My thought on these items is to create lifelong sports and lifestyle changes for all students. I am going to crate this event and create a challenge for all students involved. We will take a field trip to play at a new facility and have lunch. My goal is to promote local businesses and show students that they can do this on their own as well.
