Managing feelings and emotions can be difficult no matter your age. Students must learn that all feelings are normal. Students should learn to identify their feelings in order to communicate their needs. I will use these items to teach my students coping skills for big feelings and emotions they may have throughout the day. I hope to teach my students how to identify the feelings they have, and learn to deal with those feelings in a positive way. These materials can be used both in my classroom as well as through my google classroom during distance learning days.
