Students cannot focus and be successful at school if their basic living needs met. The role of the Community Health Workers in our school district is to meet with students and/or their families to get them resources and services in place to meet any needs that aren't being met in the home. This can be included but not limited to: medical care, insurance, mental healthcare, food, shelter, clothing, etc. Please help us fill our offices with what we need to best serve these students and provide a welcoming, calming environment!
