The massage gun that I requested will help my athletes and students learn to target problematic areas that they have injured which in turn will give them the knowledge to take better care of their bodies and reduce the risks of injuries. For example, one of my athletes now is dealing with intense leg and shoulder issues, and I feel the massage gun will help him to achieve the relief that this project will assist with. I know with proper care that we will reduce the injuries and significantly increase the recovery process.

About my class
