Since the beginning of this pandemic, as an educator, I have been concerned for the futures of my students after they leave my classroom. The skills required for like success have been considerably altered from the years before and now a whole different set of skills are needed to thrive in the world we find ourselves in. My students come from various backgrounds/home experiences and don't find themselves on a level playing field when it comes to resources or even basic needs. Help me to give them each a fighting chance by establishing a stable learning foundation. In doing so together we can guide them through the treacherous water of an uncertain tomorrow. The experiences I hope to give my students using these learning tools will possibly urge them to explore areas they once considered "out of reach" for small town residents.
