The materials requested are hands-on materials that could be sent home for hands-on learning. My students do not interact with technology as easily as with hands-on materials. These materials could be used in take-home learning bags and in class to increase hands-on, manipulative learning options. The Covid pandemic has limited the hands-on learning opportunities of my students due to the lack of materials to include in learning bags during times of distance learning. The materials requested provide more opportunities for manipulative learning while in class but can be included in learning bags to provide multiple learning opportunities while learning distantly.
