Our students and teachers have struggled through the pandemic. This last year has been hard and the transition back to school has been difficult for everyone. Students are still not used to being back in the classroom and are struggling listening to teachers and maintaining focus for a 60+ minute class. By providing fidgets for our students - they will be better able to focus on the lesson and improve their learning. Just something small in their hands to hold and pop or flip during class can help students continue to listen while meeting a physical response need. These fidgets will be given out to all teachers so that students who need a little extra movement will have the opportunity. Students are relearning how to learn after losing so much class time and education. We want to help them be successful however we can. Giving them a small fidget is a quick, easy way to start.
