The use of these magnetic letters, phones, and build-a-word magnetic boards will allow my students to improve their blending, segmenting, and fluency through the use of tangible manipulatives. With the magnetic letters, students are able to build decodable words and high-frequency words that they use in their everyday language and writing. These magnetic tiles and boards allow me to engage and teach my kinesthetic learners. The phones will allow me to engage and assist my auditory learners so that students are able to hear themselves read to increase their reading fluency. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement and their vocabulary as they communicate with each other and in the world.
