These balls will get my students outside with me and get balance, strength, endurance, coordination skills, and cardiovascular exercise so they can have fun playing with their peers. I can help them with these essential physical therapy skills to help them meet their individual functional goals in a school environment. They can gain the upper hand while having a great time in a concentrated and focused effort to help them achieve the same physical level as their peers. This will help them and their self-esteem as well as help their peers understand how to treat and help their physically challenged classmates.

About my class
