Nearpod will allow me to give my students interactive instruction, where they answer questions as we go, but on their own devices, so I can ensure participation without anyone feeling called out. Nearpod gold also allows me to create sub plans that are consistent with everyday instruction, and many other awesome features! My middle school special education students are extremely active! The breakout edu kit is like an escape room, so it allows the students to think critically and use context clues to solve the problems. This combined with the flexible seats(ball chair and beanbag) help the kids to think the way they think best.. through movement!
