My students learn about CAD and technical 3D design. They create models of home and businesses using current computer software. This project will help to give my students a new perspective when creating their 3D environments. Using these systems, students will be fully engaged in the work they are creating, by analyzing even small details in an immersive virtual experience. Students will also be able to review and analyze work of others, students and professionals, to gain a better understand of design and architecture strategies. The VR systems will also assist Robotics students as they build and analyze moving components.
