Covid has taken its toll on all of us and I have noticed the effects in our classroom. I am working on providing opportunities for my students that are not only rich in providing quality learning but also bring a little bit of fun and excitement back into their lives. I am working often in a small group with my students to help them stay on grade level as many of them have holes in their education due to effects of Covid. Small groups have been helpful through Covid as long as I have the materials needed since everything needs to be sanitized regularly. I am working on creating a classroom where there is unity, inclusion, and a joy in learning every day. I love to improve as a teacher and am always trying diverse ways to teach and help my students experience learning through having fun and through discovery.
