My students use their Chromebooks for different activities practicing the three modes of communication: interpretive, interpersonal, and presentational. They are so creative, simulating radio stations and television news. Also, they create and share videos and audio where they are showing their cultural knowledge to their peers. This project and its donation will support my students' proficiency and competency in their second language since they missed a lot of instruction hours and practice opportunities because of the circumstances that we have been living in for the past couple of years. I chose those two products to motivate and enhance my students' creations and improve the target language. The first one is a microphone that it can connect to their Chromebook. It offers more quality and dynamic podcasting. Also, allow them to feel like professionals working in a radio station with adequate materials. The second one is a green screen backdrop that will allow my students to create and share videos in real-time with other students studying Spanish in the Dual Language Immersion. I have seen how creative my students are, using their Chromebooks. With the products I chose, I would like to increase their motivation and creativity to do their class activities and enhance their second language.
