By teaching the skill of dialect journals, both low level readers and advanced readers better analyze content providing them a huge advantage from college texts to business emails. The mugs will provide a creative keepsake for students who have successfully completed their first college class decorated with their single largest key takeaway. Self reflection is a metacognitive skill that helps to integrate classroom knowledge with the whole child.
