My students are working hard to be great readers. Many of them are at the very beginning levels of reading and need books to take home for repeated reading practice. Others are at grade level and would also benefit from taking books home to read. Let's be honest, everyone will benefit from more opportunities to read at home! This donors choose will help me provide books, no matter what level of reader, for my students to take home and get that extra practice in each day. When they have read a book a few times, they will return it and get a new book right on their level to take home. I also would like more hands-on STEM materials to aid my students in a deeper understanding of math and science concepts. These books and STEM materials will help bridge the learning gap that is occurring because of Covid-19.
