In the winter, I often see my students underdressed for cold Indiana winters. In particular, my students who have recently arrived to the country are taken by surprise in January and February with the cold, dry temperatures. This project will allow me to give my students the warm winter gear they need to be safe, warm, and prepared for school every day. I will be able to give a hat to a student who walks home from school everyday, even when it's in the single digits. I will be able to give gloves to a brother and sister who walk out of the building everyday with nothing more than jackets. These are just a few examples of students who will benefit from your donation.
