Our school is in a richly diverse community. My students come from a variety of ethnic, race, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our students have a variety of learning styles with a broad range of growing intellectual abilities. They are enthusiastic and creative learners that are a joy to teach. Our campus style school is 50 years old but is going through a significant construction update to be completed in the Spring. The update has provided each classroom with a Promethean boards. This technology has opened new doors and sparked innovative ideas in our faculty and student body. Our art room is a colorful, fun and engaging place where everyone is given the opportunity to stretch their imagination, work as a community and form a lasting appreciation of art. We experience a wide variety of media so that everyone builds their art knowledge and discovers a favorite medium
