As my preschoolers (and their families) are learning how to continue their learning at home. It takes a lot of partnering with families on what things to choose to work on. Depending on what motivates a child, what skills they have, what time their parents have to work with them can be hard. I tried to pick items that can be used with the help from a parent and collaboration with me as well as items that they can do themselves. I focused on materials that focus pre academic skills and functional academic skills. With access to these materials my students will be able to continue their work as learners. I will continue to be working with parents on creating materials and coming up with activities using some of these items so that my students can reach their learning goals.
