Our students have a 50 minute block to learn in the Computer Lab. With the use of wireless devices, they will save much needed time by not having their keyboard or mouse get tangled among their feet, or have to retrieve a fallen item to the floor. Students learn motor skills with the mouse as they learn to move and follow the pointer device and locate items in educational activities while clicking to open such programs. They also learn alphabet and location on the keyboards. Our upper grade levels learn typing skills and have WPM tests and goals. We hope that the use of wireless devices will not only save valuable time, but also ease frustrations of easier access as well as protecting them at the same time.
