Since returning to the building I am trying to engage my students as much as possible. This project will enhance my students’ educational experience. My students will benefit directly as a result of being able to do hands on science and participate in chess events. As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, my students need social emotional support and activities to enhance there learning. This project will help them in this area. Also, the materials I am requesting will nurture my students’ interest in science and chess. My hope is that this will make a qualitative difference in the (culture/climate/instruction) in my classroom and create a group of lifelong learners.

About my class
