My students returned to in person learning this year with the bodies of 2nd graders but the stamina for having calm and settled bodies of kindergarteners. Many are getting distracted by their sensory needs to move. Others struggle to work at a table with other students. Others find chairs so uncomfortable they rarely sit down. These tools will allow me to offer alternative seating and work spaces to many students in my class. Second graders need to move, and these tools will allow them to move AND be available for writing, computing, listening, and reading at the same time. Getting these tools will ease the transition from the freedom of learning at home to being back at school.
