The students are learning about each part of the human body through research, projects and labs. This material will help my students learn how the lung expands and contracts within our body system through a great visual demonstration that they wouldn't be able to see otherwise. Giving them a live visual example of what this looks like helps the students comprehend their research and enhance their learning. Some students want to go into the medical field or other science careers and by bringing in items such as the inflatable lung, more students could be interested in career choices related to the respiratory system and help our future develop and survive.

About my class
