My students are middle school students in grades 6-8th. Our school is a title one school. My classroom is an intensive reading classroom where our main focus is creating and fostering a love for reading. Knowing that a large percentage of students never read another book after they leave high school has pushed me to help my students become better readers who will not add to that percentage. My students love our school and work hard to be successful.
