The Scholastic Magazines, Science World supports a STEM curriculum in both a traditional and virtual classroom setting. The virtual magazines are a valuable resource that will expose my students to real world perspectives and current research. This resource stays in line with our classroom commitment of maintaining a minimal carbon footprint for the entire school year. My ninth graders want to participate in science fairs and competitions to earn scholarship opportunities. Therefore, the articles and activities within each issue will give them inspiration for individual projects and highlight science with its many applications.

About my class
