How did you learn to ride a bicycle? Did you learn by having someone explain it to you, by completing worksheets about it, or by trial and error on the bicycle? Learning mathematics is no different! Young learners need materials in their hands to manipulate and make meaning of the numbers. English language learners especially need to experience the math as they hear and see the numbers spoken and written. These non-consumable materials will be used by many students in the future. Our students are eager to make meaning of this beautiful world called mathematics and these materials will help us prepare them for their school career and life!

About my class
