These materials will give my students the opportunity to work in teams, use hands-on tools and will allow them to be creative to better expand their knowledge on the subjects. These science activity tubs will expose them to other ways of learning, rather than just reading from a textbook. They will provide opportunities to work with others and to hear different perspectives and ideas. It will allow them to create and in turn, learn the how and why of each science focus. By creating, they are seeing and experiencing failure, which is an essential skill for students. They must be able to try, fail and know how to overcome it to be successful.
