My students are learning to read and write about the basic elements of literature. They are special education for the majority of my classes. I choose books that I thought would interest them and award winning poetry that will engage their writing. My students need a diverse selection of books to get them interested in reading. It is the foundation of what everyone needs to succeed in life and school. My students require privacy for some of their testing and reading and a privacy, room divider would really help. I put some art supplies into the cart to help with times when my students are having anxiety or we have a fun project to complete in class. Many of my students have mental as well as behavioral problems and I think these items will improve my classroom immensely.
