My students like to use their lap tables all the time so they can sit anywhere they would like around the room. By having these bean bag chairs, they will be able to sit where they would like along with their lap chairs. This will allow them to create their own space and give them a place to go if they need "me" time. Kindergarten can be overwhelming for some students. My vision for my students is that the classroom isn't just a "classroom" it is a place they can be themselves, feel safe, and protected.
