Many of my students experience anxiety and have been through multiple traumas at such young ages. I want to create a safe and calm space for students to relax and feel like they have a safe place when needed. I will use echo show to play meditation music, have some positive and inspirational décor, fidget toys and comfortable chairs for students to use. A standing desk for students to use when using a calming coloring book or journaling to cope with traumas and a fridge for extra water or snacks for students.
