After learning many techniques with the materials, the students can create a display for our local art gallery with these materials. This will give students an opportunity to work with nicer materials to accentuate what they have learned and express Ideas they view as worth sharing. We have been studying techniques of scale proportion and perspective with pen and paper. As we continue learning lessons of line quality and value it will benefit the students to experience different weights and types of papers as well as types of inks, pastels, charcoal, paints, and canvas for these projects. Each lesson builds off of the last, adding more techniques that a student may use to develop a proceeding image with a variety of media.

About my class
