My PE class will use these materials to play games and get exercise by participating. Also students will gain knowledge about various games such as cornhole, pickleball, baseball, and hockey. By participating and using these materials they will not only get exercise but learn how to work well with others, use strategies to compete and challenge themselves by playing. They will also work on hand-eye coordination and motor skills to develop body awareness. These adaptive skills when practiced will become better for the students as they participate in physical education. The bands will be used in PE and in weights class to teach and work students out. Using bands with weightlifting is a higher knowledge area that will help students understand lifting and help them reach their goals in the weight room.
