Pre-Algebra Standard: 8.F.B.4: Construct a function to model a linear relationship between two quantities. Determine the rate of change. WRITING is an essential part of mathematics now but writing is very difficult for my students. The headphones, in particular, will be used for students to first dictate their responses; allowing them to generate their own unique ideas while minimizing the anxiety of writing from scratch. The other parts of my project simply help ensure a safe (COVID-free) environment for my students and me. The table helps me create some social distancing.
