Each year, we conduct a mental health screening with our students and determine if students are high risk, medium risk, or low risk. Students answer personal questions surrounding their mental state such as are you depressed, did you lose family members due to COVID, are you fearful that people do not like you, and do you struggle with anxiety-to name a few. For our high and medium risk students I would like to create Mental Health Care Packages filled with items to help support the students where they are including brochures, stress balls, journals, sketch book, inspirational quotes, etc.

About my class
