My students are curious, driven, passionate seniors who are looking for ways to help close the achievement gap. I work in a school where commitment and your word mean everything. The students have all chosen to come to our school, and they have all signed commitments to make it to and through a college of their choice. They are from low-socioeconomic backgrounds, minority families, and many of them will be the first in their family to graduate high school--let alone go to college.
