This will help stock our zen den that is an important part of our school. Some of the lessons that would be learn would by students is to learn how to reduce anxiety and other techniques to help regulate mental health. We will use the supplies to teach coping mechanisms relating to SEL activities and the supplies used would be tools that would be used in the teaching of said coping mechanisms. The zen den helps keep students calm during there moment of crisis. It is critical that we keep our zen den up to date. This would help us keep our zen den stocked without the need if dipping into our regular budget, which is always limited. Our students experience high anxiety that is sometimes hard to keep contained. It is our responsibility as staff to give our students the best tools possible to succeed and we aim to do our best.
